Thumbs up 330RLTS problems

As some of you know we have had a few problems with our new trailer. After a telephone conversation with the dealer that sold it and promised to come and fix things ended poorly I took a lot of pics and was preparing to start posting them on every forum I go to. For some unknown reason to me the dealer called back and is sending the service man to fix it tomorrow. Because they are attempting to do the right thing I will not be posting the pics. Hopefully all is going to go well.

The lesson: Don't make promises you can't or won't keep. By the way, we love our new Jayco.

Glad to hear they will be fixing you up. Hope all works out to your satisfaction so you`ll be ready for the fast approaching camping season.

Crabman, we are camping in the new trailer. We are currently in sunny Arizona.

OH well, in that case I suppose you need it fixed yesterday then. On the bright side at least you have good weather. They`re talking snow again here tomorrow!

Good for you. Amazing how the dealers change their tune when you mention pictures.

Clutch, you could still post pics in your original thread just for an fyi to others who may be interested in what to look for with the addendum that the dealer "came through" to correct the issues. I don't think that would be detrimental to Jayco as you still wouldn't be pounding the net with the pics; only here as an informative post to other Jayco owners. Thanks for the update and glad it worked out for you!

A satisfactory ending. The light bulb was replaced, the door no longer pops open on it's own, the closet shelf and rod is now properly braced. The service man did an excellent job on all those items. He was not able to get the two large slides adjusted so they are still out about an inch on the bottom. (he worked on them for about two hours and made several calls) At least the top part is tight and seals well. When we get home to Idaho we will take it to a Jayco dealer and see if the slides can be adjusted in a shop.

Jeff, the salesman at World Wide RV was able to get the technician to us and then made a followup call to see if all was well. I feel a lot better about this deal now than I did the other day.
