338 rets awning

Hi all, need some help. We have a 2017 338rets our awning will not extend. When I press the switch to extend awning it makes a clicking sound but will not budge. Worked fine last weekend, anyone have similar problem or ideas how to fix?

Have you tried giving it a little manual help, may just be stuck.

Not sure but sure sounds like your battery is low. Hook it up to electric and try it again. Maybe the battery isn't charging?

Sometimes if I hold the in button to long after it's in, I have to have someone help it start unrolling by hand. Just pull out on the awning arm.

It gets jammed in to far. Some slides can also do that.
