34RSBS defrost problem

We are camping full time till May while our house is being built.

10 days in and the freezer needs to be defrosted.

There is a very shallow plastic pan, 1.75 inches wide, 1 inch deep and length goes from the left side to right side.

I pulled it out and there is a drain hole on the pan. It was attached to the drain on the back of the freezer.

Issue is its not draining.

Any thoughts on how to open/clear the line?

I did not see any switches. It's in the slide and I am not sure if I can move it.

Thanks!

Tom
