50a surge guard
Picking up my new Jayco 314 TSBH today! Super excited. Wanted to know any suggestions on mounting the hardwired 50A surge guard 34560 with optional remote LCD.

I had my dealer install the same unit in my new Autumn Ridge 329BHU trailer. I didn't want to take a chance connecting something wrong and creating a big puff of smoke, lol.
The unit works great and I love the remote panel.

Awesome. I do HVAC for living gonna do tonight. Found a nice place in the panel under hot water heater.

Anytime a 50amp site is available I book it and use the dogbone for my 30amp TT.

Why? What does that accomplish? Other than taking a spot from a 5er of motor home that might actually need 50A...
