Yeah no doubt it can have its advantages, and if you are in a 30 amp only park you can still use the 50 to 30 adapter. If ordering a new one I would likely consider the 50 amp upgrade as well. Its just not a deal killer if you don`t have it.

I`m not seeing the 50 amp or the 2nd AC as an available option on the 26BH. I would think the 15K AC on a 29' no slide unit with the thermal package would do the job well even in Texas.

The only time we ever popped a breaker (20amp) is if we use the griddle outside (outlet) and the coffee maker at the same time... the microwave and A/C will not pop a breaker.

We have camped in 95 degree weather with ungodly humidity and we were nice and cool. We went to the beach for a while, when we got back, the entire outside of the camper was wet with condensation - nice and cool 70 degrees inside!

It is the outside refrigerator. One of my few complaints with our TT - that fridge gives off a ton of heat and makes the bunk area very hot. We didn't use it this past summer because of that - I plan to make a bracket so I can pull it out and plug it in outside - we only use it for drinks anyway...

Our 26BHS has 30 amp and we've never tripped the breaker. The 30 amp cord is pretty thick, stiff and sometimes hard to put back. I imagine that a 50 amp cord would be more so.

I went with the standard 30amp on my new 38fdds. I went with the upgraded 15k a/c option. The rig is 40'4" long. My seasonal spot down Cape Cod can get hot in July/August, but there's always an ocean breeze. I'm hoping the single 15k AC will be sufficient. I guess I'll find out!

Yeah crabman, I think you may be right. I don't think it's an option.

Even if it is, you guys have me convinced that I don't need it. Thanks.
