50Amp vs 30Amp service on a 26BH

So I ordered my 26BH today. Now I'm second guessing not getting the 50Amp service. Anyone think this is a big deal? So I can't run the AC and the microwave at the same time. I think I can deal with that.

We opted for 30amp, 13,500btu A/C, and have no regrets.

(Edit: Thanks to Crabman. We've tripped the breaker one time; A/C on, electric water heater on, and DW plugged in her hair dryer.)

For the cost I felt it was worth it. Went with 50amp, one less thing to worry bout. 15k AC running, tv on inside, coffee pot going, outside fridge, radio on outside etc. As Tim the Toolman would say MORE POWER! It's camping, but we love our comforts.

Never been an issue for me. I have tripped the breaker maybe a couple times over 6 years when the AC/microwave and electric hot water heater were inadvertently all on at the same time.
I just turned one of them off and reset the breaker. Without a second AC unit you do not need the 50 amp IMO. If you want it, that`s a different matter. But its not a must have.

Ok, good. What state do you camp in? I live in Texas and figured we'd be comfortable enough with just one AC unit.

Up in Ohio almost all State Parks are 50 amp now. No brainer for me.

Anyone live in a hot climate with one AC unit? Should I have bought two units? Hell, I'm used to a tent so any cool air at all should make me happy.
