A,B,C speakers B and C don't work

I have a 2014 Jayco Swift 248 RBS with a Jensen AWM965 audio unit. I can't get the outside speakers (C) or 2nd stereo speaker(B) to come on,I'm 2nd owner and the manual says to just push buttons on Jensen to turn on.Any idea's on how to make them work.
Thanks ken

I had the same problem with mine it was the stereo no power going to the B and C speakers we found the problem durning the PDI with the deal so a tech was able to diagnose and repair right away.

Check the balance and fade. If you turn the fader to full front or full rear, it messes up the other speakers. Make sure they are all at 0.

Sounds like a wire off of bad speakers or something in the radio....sorry. And not to seem like a smarty but there are 4 speakers inside? and the 2 outside? Just making sure, as it may only have two speakers inside and there aren't any B speakers.

Our B doesn't have anything on it... are you sure like said above that there are even speakers attached to B? All of our inside ones play on A and the outside ones are on C.

^^^ This is the same setup as ours I believe.

Also something to consider. Our trailer (2016 28BHBE) has a switch in the master bedroom that switches sound from the interior speakers in the bedroom to the exterior speakers. From what I can tell that is the only way to get the outside speakers to work (but I haven't messed with it much yet).
