A/C won't cool
Help A/C won't cool. Have a brand new 2017 32BHDS. got a little muggy last night and it's our first time out that requires the a/c. Turned on the a/c and just the fan comes on. Doesn't blow cool air. Any ideas? Called dealer and they're all but useless.

Is your Tstat turned to cool with set temp lower than current temp? Is AC breaker in the on position?

Check.the wiring behind the thermostat in the wall. The wire nuts have been known to come loose.

Not a loose wire nut, but I pulled the thermostat. I checked wiring. Then I pulled cover on ceiling and found the yellow and blue connections backwards. I reversed on thermostat and it seems to be making a difference. We'll see.

Update: switching the wires seems to have corrected the issue. Went out for dinner and came back to a icy cold TT. Whoever at the factory did the install, must have did it backwards.

I wish. We've had nothing but problems on the delivery from the dealer. They couldn't even clean it. Brand new camper and it was filthy. Microwave had a giant scratch in it. They made it seem like we were being picky. Come on. Brand new, means brand new. I wouldn't recommend Albany RV. Though, anyone is better than camping world in my opinion.

Albany RV was excellent with me. My camper was hooked up to water and power and all systems were demonstrated. I've read many others compliment them as well. Perhaps you were in a hurry? I don't know but I saw many campers lined up with full demonstrations going on. They even loaned me tools to set up my WDH that I didn't buy from them.

I wish I was in a hurry. I was there all day. I wasn't hooked up to water or electric. Not sure what reviews you read about them being good but all I've seen have been horrible. Most people I know have gone through same experience. They were great at the sale, terrible on the delivery. Any excitement I demonstrated on previous posts was not for Albany RV, but for getting the TT home.

When you bought your last vehicle did you test drive it? Tested the features? Why is a camper different? Again if the camper was in bad shape at delivery you would have mentioned it in your thread when you picked it up... You can read mine and others positive experience here in this forum...

I'm pretty sure I did. Maybe not on this forum specifically, but I know I have commented about how bad Albany RV is on delivery. What I did post about back in march was that the JayFlight was home, not about how excited I was about Albany RV.
