Talking A funny thing happened when I went into the TT today...

Tonight I went into our TT to stow some gear in prep for our dry camp this weekend coming up and I realized I had no power from the batteries! PANIC! I found the fuse at the battery was burnt so I replaced it and still no power. I then plugged into shore power and the converter started making this sad, sickly sound and still no power. After pulling fuses and checking connections I find out that when the dealer installed our 2 6 volts to replace the standard 12 volt they hooked it up wrong! They had the 2 negative terminals connected together. Only had the TT for about a month and our one trip so far was with power and water hookup so I'm guessing the fuse blew the day we picked up the TT from the dealer and we just never noticed because we always had it plugged in when we were in it.

So I thought I'd share the panic of having to cancel our trip to the joy of victory! Everything seems to be working fine and I don't think anything was damaged (I hope).
