For the trailer you can call the Jayco factory and they might send it to you. They did for my brother. It would help to know what model converter yout trailer in using.

Page 93, says that the convertor and Utility are on that breaker. That's why if the convertor is out of the circuit, then we could rule it out. (but the talk on the internet says that the converter is a know problem) If you didn't mention the buzzing then I would says just get rid of the converter.

You are definitely helpful, and thank you very much. You were right about the converter, it’s an Iota model # ILC-3045.
I’ll be trying a few more things today and see what I can uncover.

When you call Jayco, have your trailer's VIN# handy.
