Access backside of Furrion dv3300 system

I have a 2017 26BH and would like to hook additional sound from my Samsung TV to the internal furrion sound of the trailer sound system. I have the factory provided HDMI cable coming from the Furrion but it is only for signals to the TV. It appears I will need to run a optical or some other sound output to the furrion. The specs make it sound like everything is on the back of the furrion for connections. How is the best way to access the back of the furrion system without tearing the cabinets up?
