Adding a 3rd set of stabilizers

I am planning on adding a 3rd pair of stabilizer jacks to our 29BHS. I will mount them just ahead of the front axle to hopefully help eliminate a little sway issue. Curious if anyone has done this before.[table="width: 500"]

I bought a set of BAL X chocks, cut out a ton of the "twitchiness"

Did this mod also, made it more sturdy. Real nice walking around inside now.

X2 - Could not believe how much this stabilized our unit. We were used to a shorter camper with the same jacks on each end that our 264BH has and that was my DW's one complaint was that the camper moved in the center area (kitchen area). A set of the BAL X chocks took all that movement out and with 2 padlocks added another layer of anti-theft to the rig in addition to the tongue locks. Got the X chocks on sale and cost of them with padlocks was less then one stabilizer jack without the labor of installing the jack to the frame.

I installed 2 more stabilizers just ahead of the front axle on my 308 FBS & it really took the bounce out of it. I also use wooden blocks under each jack so they don't have to be fully extended, that helps a lot with the shaking also.

Level side to side; level front to back; get set of jacks in front of axle and our little dog can't make a bounce. 2005 29N
