My new trailer comes with Aluminum...they look nice but they will not be seen much as it will be parked!

I have always assumed that aluminum wheels would dissipate heat better than steel wheels.

The spokes are designed to act as fan blades to keep your brake drums and wheel bearings cooler also...an added bonus. This feature does however reduce your gas mileage that you thought you gained with the lighter wheels so it's really a wash.
