Yep their not much for customer service that's for sure. I couldn't even get a live manager to talk to. Didn't expect 100% coverage just a little help especially since last April going down the freeway the water tank fell down and that cost me a boat load to repair and the dealer said Jayco denied that too. I would dump it it it weren't for the fact it's paid for and I don't want trailer payment

Don’t know what kind of axles you have but I had the rear one catch on fire 3000 miles from home. Had the bearings packed by the service center twice and the brakes checked once before this happened. Lippert axles that have plastic dust caps for the bearings that keep breaking off behind the hub caps. Then they throw the grease out and overheat. If you have those be careful, we saw the smoke and pulled over just in time to put the fire out or we would have lost the whole rig Toy, truck and trailer. Jayco couldn’t, care less and Lippert only wants to sell me a new axle ( They have been more helpful than Jayco and did send me two new dust caps for free though)

I really hate hearing people having all these problems with new RVs. I never buy new, but if I did I would be very excited if these things were happening to me. I only use motorhomes which have more stuff to give problems but on my fourth one and have had good luck. Yes stuff needs fixing but I do it my self and keep the maintenance up. Good luck getting some help on repairs on the RVs that are nearly new.

Welcome to the club of unhappy Jayco owners. I've had so many problems with my 2019 Jayco 28BHS. We love it, but so many problems and the service center at the dealership is horrible. We're going on our second year and the 2 year warranty ends this August. We've taken it in over 10 times for repairs. 5 times for repairs on the awning alone. Couldn't get anywhere with the service center manager and moved on to contacting Jayco and that got me nowhere. Heard back from them a couple of times through email that they were working on my issue and then never heard back from them again. I will never buy a Jayco again and advise everyone I know to stay away. Before anyone brings up going somewhere else for repairs, I only have one dealership that is allowed to make warranty claims for Jayco.

I've run into "dealers" who are not factory authorized. They buy distressed units from other dealers at bargain basement prices and resell them. Show models, old inventory, etc. I wonder if this could be the case.

They (customer service peons) are telling anything they can to get out of a warranty claim. Your warranty starts when the original owner (you) purchased it.

All of these stories I've read were the reason I bought a tt that was just out of warranty (2015 in early 2018) for significantly less then the same model with a year left on the warranty. I figured they are gonna try and screw me anyways so why even deal with them.
