another Schwintek slide question

2021 184BS. My slide would not go out, it would start and then the left side motor would stop. I pushed the manual override button, They are now blinking red and green.

The slide is now working fine . Did i resolve the issue or is only working in an override mode. Is them being out of sync a sign of another problem that will occur when Im not at the comfort of my home

Im just find it hard to believe i fixed the problem by pushing a button 7 times and a little bit of swearing

I'd be very surprised if the problem fixed itself, or you fixed it. My first guess is you may have an intermittent short or wire that has a poor connection. Did you read the number of flashes to determine what the code indicated the problem was before you tried to over-ride it? If not, next time it happens, count the flashes and determine what it indicates. That will get you started on troubleshooting.

You are correct, My success was short lived, and I was able to to get the code. Its a short between the controller and motor. Its working now but I guess I will start to figure out how to find the short

Motor wires likely pinched in the H column. Look at top of H column on the inside side.
