Not aware of specific problems with the 31BHDS, but like any used TT inspect very closely for any signs of leaks/moisture, inside and out. Get on the roof and check for any signs of bad caulking, and/or compromised roofing material.
If you can, contact Jayco with the VIN and confirm it's warranty history.
