I have done lots of mods on mine during the years and will stand -25C or -30F temperatures. Mine is fully winter contained. Many had problems with the poor seals from the doorframes of the storage compartment. The rain gutters are right above. I replaced with grey butyl tape (not the putty tape what is used) also all corners, roof moldings, windows and trims. Installed a sub-frame which raised the TT 4 3/8", many had problems with the discharge plumbing breaking, because of the low profile. It is one of the better RV's I had in the last 50 years. An very acceptable weight for that length of TT. It has 3500 lbs. Axles but are downgraded to 3000 lbs. because the axle tubing is used as part of the crossmembers for the frame. Replaced the slide out rollers with bearings and has more stability and runs nice and smooth.
Happy camping you and your family.
