Awning Cleaning - Scrubbing

Previous owner of our trailer let the awning stay wet and it now has very hard to remove dirt stains on the bottom side of the awning. This is a 20' electric colorado type awning. What options do i have for cleaning this. I have spent the last 2 days on a stool working overhead with Fanstastic and MR Clean which is removing the stain but i am looking for an easier method like a power scrubber i can use on a wand. Any ideas? i thought about removing and laying on the ground but i wanted to save that as a last resort as the possibility of damage is higher. Trailer is a 2008 Jayfeather 29'

1 cup of bleach for every gallon of water.
I spray the under side of the awning and roll it up for about 15 - 20 minutes. Let the awning out and rinse/spray/scrub as needed. This is a method I have been using for a few years. It does not get all the tough/stubborn stains that do require hands-on scrubbing. In those cases, I have used Mr Clean scrubs and lots of elbow grease.

I use the same method. You can add some liquid dishwashing soap, like Dawn, to the mix. I use a 2 1/2 gallon pump sprayer.

Wear old clothes. You will get it on you and ruin it.
