Awning issues

Hello fine people,
Bought this 2012 26bh last fall and we aew out enjoying it for the firsr time. The lining or ? Of the awning is torn from the previous owner pressure washing it.
Any idea how hard it is to make a new one and hook it on? I can sew and have access to an industrial machine. Not sure if it is possible to hook new fabric on to the old roller system? Here are some pix
