Awning mold on underside

I live in the far north, near Lake Superior, so we just took our 1 year old TT out of storage yesterday. I am always careful of it being dry when I store it but the awning must have been damp last fall. I have a pretty substantial amount of mold on the underside of my awning. Looking for advice to get it off of there. I tried a pressure washer alone yesterday but nothing. Would appreciate any advice.

This stuff works but pour it into a different applicator as the spray bottle leaks and does not work as well as the product itself:

I use a mold and mildew stain remover for the bathroom. Spray on, let it set for a few minutes, then rinse. I will use a sponge with a green scrubbing pad for stubborn spots.

Garden sprayer, Dawn and a couple cups of bleach, fill with water. Spray, roll up, let sit about 15 minutes, open and rinse.

I've got the dreaded pink mold. Tried the beach and Dawn dish soap method didn't work. Tried bathroom mold cleaner that didn't work either. Wish I could get rid of it, it drives me nuts.

I've had success with the foaming bleach product. Stays put when spraying above and as mentioned, apply roll up for a bit, extend and rinse. Will be looking brand new.

Clorox Kitchen Cleaner with Bleach. Spray on good and roll the awning up for 10 minutes. Unroll and spray off. Works perfect and no...it doesn't hurt the awning.

My Dometic Awning owner's manual recommended 1/4 cup bleach, 1/4 cup dish soap to 5 gallons of water, spray on and roll up awning for 15-20 minutes, then unroll and rinse. That did not work. So I just used soap and water with a soft bristle rv washing brush and lots of elbow grease to scrub the underside and rinse and repeat. It took a couple of wash, rinse, repeats before it was clean again. However, I noticed that even though it was completely dry when I rolled it up and put it away, rain does wick into the awning and the top underside of the awning near the side wall was wet again this weekend when I unrolled it.

.... I was told once, "put on an old t-shirt, spray the entire awning with bleach, roll it back up, hose down side of trailer in case any bleach got on the side, go in, flip on a DVD and watch a movie, than when that its finished, go out, open awning and hose down" .... it worked!

Our awning is small, 15 feet, bit it's pure white on both sides, and really shows the black moldy spots. We discovered the Magic Erasers work great. We do the under side, then unhook the arms and drop it down for the top side. Just another option.

X2 on the Magic Erasers. It takes a little elbow grease but the effects are great as it takes the mold off completely. Make sure you have a small bucket of water to rinse the eraser and a towel for drying. I've done our 19' awning twice now and the mold doesn't come back nearly as bad after each application. On a side note, I have a few spots of the dreaded red mold and the Magic Eraser will not remove them. As a matter of fact, nothing I've tried will remove them including straight bleach.

I use laundry detergent, hot water. In 2015 I had the pink mold, other stains that were not removable with anything we had. Just saturated the top, bottom of the awning, rolled it up for about 30 minutes and rinse off. The nice thing is the mold never returned. Attribute that to whatever is in laundry detergent. I do this in the spring and fall.

I used a couple of different cleaners this past weekend to clean mine. It was a tough job and required elbow grease. If the camper if left outside in the off season water will wick throughout the rolled up awning. I think putting it away a little damp had little to do with it. They get moisture in them regardless.
