Awning toppers/installation

I have a 2015 Jayco 314 TSBH that I am considering putting awning toppers on. I am looking for everyone's opinion on them, good bad and indifferent. The second question is can I install them? If not I live in Orange County NY and looking for an RV shop who can. Bought camper from Camping World in Kingston and love Irene my sales lady but service has been a let down thus far and they quoted me $1600 for the 3 and 2000 for all three with the 3 year warranty.
Thanks in advance! Happy camping!

Take a look at the installation instruction that can be found on the different Mfg"s web sites Should give you enough info so you can decide if you can handle it.

You can also find the toppers on e-bay and save some money

I'm 6 or 7 miles from you (close to Goshen) and very handy.

Also bought from CW in Kingston.

I think we can install anything that is made for a modern RV.

The wife and I installed them on all four slides of our Pinnacle in a couple days. I put all the brackets on one day . And set up some scaffolding the next day we put them on easy job if you can borrow some scaffolding

Awesome. Love the response. Thank you so much everyone. Mike I'm with you. Figured it couldn't be to bad if CW was only charging me $168 in labor. The shipping is ridiculous at $350! 😳. Anyone have a specific brand? They quoted dometic and I have see. Carefree of Colorado. Or something like that.

I'm more than willing to help you two out with my skills and nicely equipped shop. But my TT has no slides.

So don't order one for me. But bring some beer with the kits!

FYI I have them on my new trailer and love them. Last trailer didn't have one, and the slide roof would always drop inside if it was wet when pulled in also sticks and such wreak havoc on the seals and caulking. For me it was worth it so protect the slide tops and not deal with the water.
And FYI I also paid $1600 for 3 installed.
