Awning Warranty
A few weeks ago I posted a thread about a warranty claim for a shredded awning on our 23rlsw Jay Feather. A wire dad broken (unknown at the time) and could not roll up the awning. Tied it up as best we could but it had several rips by the time we got to the dealer. The dealer tried to get warranty authorization to replace the fabric but no go. I called Jayco warranty specialist who reviews the claim and have decided to replace awning under warranty. As soon as parts are in the dealer will call me and make the replacement at no cost to me. Tank you Jayco very much for taking care of this.
How do I find that old thread to update it?
