BAL 5.3 Auto Level Program Mode Access??

Hi all,

Thought I would throw this question out to any BAL 5.3 Auto Level owners out there.... trying to go into program mode on the auto level unit so I can set the initial level setting. Instructions say to press and hold the voltage readout icon on the lower left of the home screen and then a number pad will appear. Instructions say to type in 3759 to gain access to the program made. When my number pad appears on the screen, it won't accept any numbers when I press them and it automatically goes back to the home screen. It's almost like the number pad screen is dead? Anyone have any experience with this system? Thanks!
