Ball Height?

I purchased a new truck to tow my 2013 26 RLS. The guy who is going to set up my truck hitch asked if I knew the ball height of the trailer. I do not see that specification listed anyplace. Where can I find that info?

Thanks in advance.

23 3/4 is correct. I called Jayco a few weeks ago and that is what they told me.

The Jayco Eagle manual says 24". But is that set before or after the trailer is hooked to the hitch because the hitch goes down quite a bit under load.

It is my understanding that is the height you want the coupler at to start with so the trailer starts level.

Just an FYI Jayco tech finally got back to me and said the 2013 Jay Flight 26rls has a ball coupler height of 25". I wonder which number is correct?

IMO being that this is the initial dealer set-up, you will be fine within the 23 3/4" to 25" range, because once you get your TV/TT under "loaded" conditions you will have to re-adjust your WDH anyway.

Maybe out of curiosity I will call my dealer to see what number they have listed. I know an inch is not going to make a difference but the discrepancies in what Jayco answers is unnecessary.
