Heng's Vortex II "drop-in" was an option, but at $200CAD, it's rated at 188 CFM.
I sourced 4 120mm PC fans, used 3/4" aluminum flat bar for mounting and then wired everything together. I'm getting 280 CFM air movement at a cost of $32. The LED nightlights are a bonus. Relatively quiet too.

Awesome! I wish I had thought about this before buying the VortexII.
I just bought a single 200mm Thermaltake fan - its completely silent 130 CFM $14 bucks.
Thermaltake 200mm fan I'm going to throw it in a custom "box" and use it as a window fan. Wired it to a 1/4" guitar cord so I can plug it into the otherwise useless 12V ceiling jack. I'm just not sure how well the "brittle" plastic will hold up to road heat and vibration...but it can't be much worse than the factory fan. .78W total. If my vortex fan ever goes I'm replacing it with one of these.
