I have a similar problem with my 2015 Jayco Whitehawk 27DSRL RV. The charging of the battery was working fine. I had installed a Progressive Industries HW30C 30 Amp Hardwired Electrical Management System with Remote Display in my RV and it worked awesome. While staying at an RV Park, a surge blew the pedestal I was plugged into. The 30AMP receptacle had gone. The RV park gave me an adapter to plug into the 50AMP receptacle and everything was working ok. They repaired the 30AMP receptacle and I plugged back into it and everything worked great. Problem now is, I think I have an issue with my DC converter. My battery does not charge, but my console meter says the battery is fully charged. When I use shore power, everything works. When I hook up to the truck battery and disconnect the shore power, all DC items work ok. But when I disconnect the truck battery, nada. I disconnected the Progressive Industry Surge Protector to bypass it, to see if that was the issue. Then I plugged the shore power back in. Everything worked great so I left it overnight to see if that recharged my battery, even though the console says it is fully charged. Next morning, I disconnected the shore power and ensured the truck battery was disconnected. Nothing. So I am thinking there may be a problem with the DC Converter in the RV. Anyone ever experience this same sort of issue?? If so, what was your cure? TIA.
