Battery / shore power concern

Getting ready for new season, end of last yr, all functions such as trailer lift lights in cabin and slides will not work battery fully charged. using shore power
all is fine.. Any ideas. Jayco 30 DSRE

Check the 30 Amp fuse that should be found very close to the power tongue jack. If that fuse blows it protects the main battery power to the camper.

My tongue jack has it's own fused wire to the battery. Some factory ones may be wired otherwise. My factory battery protective fuse was located on the front of my trailer and I replaced it with a breaker. I wired a conventional fuse on the line to the jack. As I had a prior tongue jack not work due to poor ground I also added a dedicated ground to the battery.
