The only solution I have seen that works on that size trailer, has been a bike rack that a few members have made of PVC or metal nd they use it inside the trailer. I know that doesn't answer your question, but it is an option. The other kind Ive seen on the exterior, requires that a hitch reciver be installed under your trailer and then the bike rack goes into it. I have added a photo of both the hitch reciever one, and a free standing one that you can use inside.

thank you for the ideas and pictures, the inside the trailer one might be a solution. what about installing the hitch receiver that sells on Amazon with couple of pieces of 2x4 to make the flat bumper square, wondering if the flat bumper will hold.

How about a front receiver on your TV?

I installed one on my truck earlier this year and it works out beautifully.

I need a rack idea ad well for my 197. I would rather not have them inside the trailer. I don't need the extra weight in the hitch. Roof or front might be an idea. But I would rather have it on the back of the tt if possible.

You might want to see if you can even put a mount on that style of bumper I serious dought it. You will probably have to find a good weldshop, and have them install one. Remember that bikes hanging off of a rack bouncing up and down can easily twist a flimsy bumper right up. plan on spending a bit of money. We were quoted about 400. Dollars for our 29bh.

I ordered my front receiver from Etrailer.com. I am more than satisfied with it as it frees up space in the bed of my truck and I didn't want to haul them behind the trailer.

Lenny, I found one for your Expy on Etrailer.com. It's made by Curt Manufacturing, part number 31368 and it is $167.51.
