Black Grey waste manifold

On previous RVs the black and gray valves were easily reached.
On my 2014 238rb, the grey is easy but the black valve is a full arm's reach under the rig and faces the rear of the rig. I have no leverage to pull it from the side and it is unreachable from the rear.
This is a used rig. I cant imagine that Jayco would put the black valve as it is now...
Does anyone have photos of the original configuration.
If this is the orginal configuration, any solutions?

I saw Valtera replacement valves with long extension handles that are in cable ways. You could replace both valves and have the handles mounted near the edge of the RV. I would think you could also extend the pipe.

But it would be a lot cheaper to cut the pipe behind the valves and extend it back out to the side of the RV. Would only work if there is enough pipe to glue an extension onto it. The old one might have broken off to close to the tank and this is the only way they could fix it.

Alternatively, extend the pipe out and put a cap on it and leave the valves open all the time? A sideways pic of the pipe to tank area would be helpful

Another possibility might be to replace the black tank valve with an electrically operated one. You can operate it from inside the RV or a close by compartment. Not inexpensive but would solve the awkward position.
