Black tank flush water leak?

We have discovered that the vacuum breaker/check valve under the bathroom sink in our 29RKS leaks when the water to the black tank flush is turned off. Has anyone else ever experienced this? I looked up the valve on the internet and discovered that it is common for it to leak and a lot of people replace it with a brass version. It is also a pricey little thing at $60+ . I called my dealer today and made an appointment to have it repaired. I just hope the dealer will install the upgraded version and not another one of the faulty valves.

We still have our original valve after 3 years. [knock on wood] I carry a spare that I ordered off amazon for around $35 [same valve] to replace it after it's eventual demise. If anyone has a link for a better replacement please post it.

Since this is our first trailer with a black tank flush system, I had no idea that this was going to be a problem. Luckily, ours only leaked a little bit when the pressure was turned off and didn't cause any water damage on our brand new trailer. I did find this brass replacement on Amazon (see link). Does anyone have any experience with this valve?

Man, the vaccim breaker for the black tank flush on the 32 BHDS is behind a screwed-in panel. I have no idea if mine leaks. I suppose when I go to winterize I'll find either no problems or a lot of staining.
