Black tank level indicator not showing full

The highest the black tank indicates is 2/3. The full light works for all other functions so its not the LED. I have filled the tank numerous times with my garden hose to the point it comes into the toilet bowl. Only reads 2/3.
I believe it is the electronic piece wired to the probes on the tank itself.
Anyone have the same experience?
I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to Buffalo RV. They will not return my calls. They are to busy.

Most likely the wire on the probe in the side of the tank is disconnected. For some reason Jayco seems to feel it is safe for these sensor wires to dangle down under the trailer where any road debris can hit them. Crawl under your rig and take a look.

Is your unit still under warranty? If so, contact Jayco and they MIGHT authorize an alternate RV repair company for the repair.

x2 on loose wires under the trailer, that was the problem I was having. My connections were packed with dust and gravel so took the pressure washer to them.

Tank Sensors

I affectionately refer to those things as "Lie-O-Meters". Can't trust them in my humble opinion.

After I noticed the issue. I checked the wiring. Loosened up the wiring from a tie wrap. It was like a piano string. All wiring connections are very clean and tight.
