We have those too but I thought they had a hose end on them. I might be wrong but in any event if there's no hose connection I'll just fill a bucked 2 - 3 times and dump it down there to keep everything moving.

I saw a video on this when we got our first TT last year so I always hook up the rinse, let the black tank get at least 3/4 full then dump. I repeat at least twice maybe 3 times until the water is running clear then dump grey water. Even with that, my dang black tank sensors still mis-read most of the time.

Isaacs, Camco makes an adapter for non threaded faucets called the "Water Bandit". It slips on the faucet and has a threaded male garden hose end that you can connect a hose to. They are around $7 at Walmart. I have used mine on the faucet you described and it worked well.

Every time I dump I put the wand down the toilet and rinse well. About every 3rd dump I pour a little Dawn or LA Awesome into the empty tank before using the wand.

The city water and black tank flush are side by side on our 24 rbs. I put a splitter on the campground water hookup and have a hose going to city water and on to black tank. Blac water hose is marked. When getting ready to leave I dump the black tank then turn on black tank rinse and let it go while packing other things. I keep an eye on it as well. I realize this can only be done when you have sewer hook up at site. Otherwise as long as it is not busy at dump station will us hose there to do a good flush.
