It is a spray nozzle installed to your black water tank you can hook a water hose to to spray out the inside of your Black tank. It helps keep it clean or cleaner you might say.

Have them hook it up and show you that it works correctly. Otherwise you could end up with another trip to the dealer.

I emailed the owner of the dealership about my problem. Received a call from service manager yesterday. Trailer goes back to the dealer today, hopefully they will get it fixed this time. Clutch good tip I'll have them hook up the water and show me it doesn't leak when I pick it up. I should of done it last time. Yddad45 I will keep you posted. I hope your leak gets fixed with no problems.

The dealer called & said the black tank sprayer was fixed. Went to pick up the trailer this morning. I hooked up a water hose at the dealer to check for leaks and IT STILL LEAKS. This is the 3rd for the same problem.

Sounds like the tech needs to go find a new job or you need a new repair shop. I installed a tank sprayer on my jayco and it is not rocket science. Hope your luck turns around.

I wish I could find another shop. The dealer is 40 miles away and they are the closest one around. It seems like the tech could get it write after the third time.

I would ask how they knew it was fixed the first 2 times? You have the right to raise some hell with them after 3 times for the same problem. Sure would be interested in their current excuse.

We picked up our trailer today. The nipple that connects the black tank sprayer to the black tank was loose. The tech removed the nipple and put teflon tape on the threads and reinstalled the nipple. I water tested the sprayer before the tech put the belly back on, no leaks. It's too bad that it took a qualified Jayco tech 3 different times to get it right. It only took 1/2 hour to fix.

Makes you wonder what "repairs" the other techs performed the other two times it was "fixed".
Call me paranoid but I would of insisted he also put a hose clamp on the connection, if there was room for it.

I believe I would let Jayco know about this problem you have encountered. I am thinking of not using mine? LOL Seriously scared to try it!! The dealer I bought mine from is 200 miles away, and not a phone call or email to check on us to see if we had any problems since taking delivery 2 weeks ago. WOW talking about customer service.

It turned out to be a easy fix. Yours may not leak. There are other 330rlts on this site that don't leak. Have you talked to Jayco about letting you take your trailer to a local RV shop for repairs? Sometimes it seems like once the dealer gets your money they don't care anymore.

Wonder how many bills Jayco got for the warranty work? Did you ask the guy what he fixed the first 2 times?

We just returned home from a 2 week shakedown on our new rig. I gave everything a workout and the only problem we have is the fresh water tank level indicator does not work. Other that a few shades that need adjusting, all is great.

We did identify a few problems that need to be overcome. I plan to start a new thread on them.

The first time, the tech said he tightened the vacuum breaker. The second time he supposedly replaced the vacuum breaker (but we were told the entire assembly had been replaced). The third time I made sure they understood I wanted the bottom dropped so they could see exactly where the leak was coming from. I'm amazed that wasn't what they did the very first time. It would have saved me $100 in diesel fuel if it was fixed right the first time!

Same here my shades are all out of adjustment and hanging crooked. As far as the technical parts we have only been out once so far. Will keep you posted if problems occur.
