Blank Tank Flusher cracked!

I have a 2020 27RB. On my last trip I noticed a small leak coming from around my dump valve but couldn’t see where it was coming from due to the under carriage being sealed.

When I got home I did some investigating and saw the blank tank flusher hose attachment was crack in multiple places. Has anyone seen this?

Black Tank Flusher

Have not seen a post on this before. Is it just the connection that is broke or is the tank cracked also? Looks like there is some string or tape on the threads of the connection, if so, what is it? If there is string/tape on the inside of the threads that could have caused it to crack when you made your connection? Looks strange to me.

Just have it repaired by a dealer or DIY. Glue's, cleaners and parts are available on line.

There was regular sealant tape that you would use on any water connection. There was a white male to male adapter going into that conntection and the water hose connected to the other side.

I will have the dealer replace it since its under warranty but all the dealerships are about 2 hours away and slammed with work. I probably wouldnt get the trailer back for months.

For a quick fix I used some christies blue glue on the threads and smothered the outside. used a hose clamp to tighten the outside and that seemed to fix the problem./...for now.

You might get tape or something to seal that but to be honest you probably are still going to be looking at a drip. Since it is the flusher it might not be a big deal but my OCD would not let something like that slide. I would be looking for a full replacement and fix.
