What do you do when the jack freezes? We JUST GOT back from buying our 2014. Electronic jack worked fine at the dealer, got back home and electronic part works but lift does not go up or down, it is like it is locked??!!! I am so pissed!

What 2014 unit do you have?

If it is a travel trailer, see if you can operate the jack manually. Hopefully you have the manual crank. There is a rubber plug on top of the electric jack; remove that and insert the crank handle and operate the jack manually.

Locked up either way. Won't turn at all, almost as if it is all locked up not something?! Motor works just won't drop leg down. Hand crank won't turn it seems frozen.

Just out of curiosity has anyone changed there 30 amp fuse for a 30 amp circuit breaker. Its real easy to blow the fuse this would eliminate that.Let off the switch and wait a moment for it to reset and you are good to go.

I notice yesterday when dropping off the trailer, the jack seem very loud, like grinding not liking the sound of that.
I will phone the dealership, this the second one on this trailer.
There is no way service these jacks

Glad you got it working!

Suggestion: Get a small plastic waste basket and put it upside down over the top of the jack. The waste basket will keep water out of the jack and can be used to hang the safety chains and the electrical connector.
