BMPro

I have the JAYCOMMAND BMPro controller on my White Hawk and I use the JAYCOMMAND app on my phone. It all works ok but the slide, stabilizer, and awning motors all stop randomly when I extend or retract them. I have to release the button on my app for a second and press it again. I have to do this 4 or 5 times to extend my stabilizers, for example.

Has anyone else experienced this and do you know of a fix? Thanks.

On the list of things to try would be:
Try to disconnect and connect the Bluetooth. Of course this may mean re-pairing with the code and that is part of the reset, so be ready with the code. There are 80 channels BT uses in the 2.4 mHz spectrum, and it should channel select randomly. (BTW trivia: Heddy Lamaar invented this communication selection). Also, there are other uses for BT at the campsite, the car entertainment system, the camper entertainment system, the WatchDog power surge protector, the list goes on, they could be interfering .

There is only a 30 meter range for BT, the camper may be more, but the phone is not the greatest BT transmitter. So, the (safety) default for loss of signal is to shut the action down cold.

My above suggestions are only troubleshooting, I'm not suggesting you disconnect all BT, just try for a short period.
