Bmpro jaycommand

I have a quick question for those using the BMPRO JAYCOMMAND to control two AC units. We have a 2021 Eagle HT 284BHOK, our JAYCOMMAND system displays the "Main" AC as the bedroom, and the second AC as the living area AC. Can anyone using two AC units on their JAYCOMMAND confirm this is the correct setup on your JAYCOMMAND system, or should it be reversed (Second AC = Bedroom, Main AC = living area)?

On my '21 Eagle 357MDOK the "main" a/c is the living area and the "second" a/c is the bedroom a/c unit. Yours seems backwards to me. I'm only slightly familiar with the BMpro system so far, but from what I have seen I'm not sure you can switch them. I wonder if you'd have to maybe swap the wiring at the NODE? Maybe the dealer can fix this?

I'm going to give this a try and switch the cable on the NODE myself. Our closest dealer is 2.5hrs away.

Thank you for the feedback.

Swapped the wiring on the Node, and it now works as expected.

Glad to hear it worked for you. How hard was it to locate the proper wires on the Node? Were they marked accordingly?

Very easy! Node had everything labeled. See pic attached.

Will be asking BMPro now about the GENStart/GENStop. I have the Gen setup on my unit but don't see those options available on my display control panel or the mobile app.

I believe the new update added this to your display (v2.3.0), you can now also run you heater with the option to turn off you AC fan.

Yes, even after upgrading to the latest update yesterday, see attached pic, it doesn't show the option for the Generator. I have emailed the BMPro support group to see what they say.

See the attached help guide to configure the display to show the generator start and stop.

284 bhok

I have a 284BHOK and my main air is in the living area. But my main temperature sensor is in the bedroom. Should my main temp sensor be in the living area?
