Bmpro motors locked

I’m hoping somebody can help me with this because I’ve tried everything else.
I have a 2023 Jayco Eagle HT 294CKBS travel trailer. I have the BM pro tablet, the larger one we have only had this camper short time, and I went to Beckett in the yard, but the stabilizers in the rear would not go up. I checked all the fuses and breakers. I took the tablet off the wall and unplugged it as I saw in a video. I tried unplugging the battery and disconnecting shore power for about 20 minutes. none of this seem to help I’m getting a message on the screen that says motors were unavailable because it detected another user so I uninstalled the app reinstalled it got it to pair up with the node.
The awning will only work in One Direction. The jacks will only work in One Direction, but the slides will work.
I also uninstalled the app on my phone.
Any ideas?

Bad BMPro Node

The same exact thing happened to me.
Your Node is most likely bad. If so you will have to get it replaced under warranty or purchase a new one.
You can trouble shoot it by finding the node first. It will look like one of these in the image.
Wires should be labeled, If you move your jacks or any other things you should hear the node click like a relay. If it doesn't then the relay in the Node is bad. BMPro will not replace it, only Jayco will and sadly they will only replace it to a dealer. I had to beg to have my dealer do it for me because they were 4 hrs away and I didn't want to bring it to them and leave it there for a month as it was a simple R&R I could easily do myself which I did.

Hope this helps

Thanks

Hey, I appreciate the reply. Looks like I’m gonna have to take it to the dealer. I will find the node and check it with my meter but it’s probably bad knowing my luck. I know how you feel about trying to get apart from the dealer I could install it myself too.
