Keep in mind some of those manuals, especially the Jayco owners manual, are generic in nature covering many models.

I have mine in a simular setup. I keep it in the cabinet with the water heater. It's out of the way there.

Ditto jagiven and fire instructor. Everything RV related is in a binder with each manual in its own plastic sleeve. Extra keys, repair bills, warranty papers.....and the binder lives in the entertainment center cabinet.
Also have a binder with campground maps for every place we've stayed along with maps of places we'd like to check out. We also mark the campsites on the maps that will accommodate our rig and are easy to access.
Just the result of being a type "A" personality.

I'll be organizing it all as well and will keep it in the trailer once I go through it all. The camper is 130 miles away at my seasonal site. After delivery this past Thursday, I figured I'd bring all the paperwork home to go through it.
