Hello everyone- we have a 2018 Jayco Whitehawk. On our last trip we noticed a bolt-head starting to push up through the linoleum. Has anyone had this? Is it covered under warranty or a recall?
You’re covered 2 yrs from date of purchase. If it’s close, call your dealer and get it noted. Jayco was good about taking care of warranty stuff for us.

Had he same issue with our Redhawk. It was covered under the warranty. The fix is to cut the floor, screw down the screw with loctite and seal the floor down. It sounds scary, but you won’t even notice it when it’s done.
Cut 3 sides of a square around the bolt or screw. Lift the flap and tighten the screw or pull it and add thread locker and reinstall. Apply some adhesive, I like Loctite Power Grip. Make sure the seams look flush when the flap in down. Place a heavy weight on it overnight.
Tip: Cut the Vinyl at a slight angle towards the bolt / screw on all cuts. This will allow it to lay flat with no white showing.

Same problem on my 2016 White Hawk 27DSRL. If you haven't had it repaired yet, DO NOT cut the lineoleum. Open up the underside of the trailer and get at the bolt from there. Mine are hex head cap screws that hold the floor down. The reason the bolt head is coming up through the vinyl flooring is the nut and washer came loose or fell off from the underside. Tighten nut or replace nut and washer. Cinch the bolt down, then use a heat gun on the flooring to soften it up and push it back in place. No need to cut your flooring.
Thanks for the advice. I was not sure if the bolt was tapped into the frame, or if it is a nut and bolt. I don't like the idea of cutting the linoleum. My undercarriage is sealed, so it is hard to get access. I am asking Jayco to cover it under warranty. The warranty ran out in December of 2019, but we have not been out since COVID hit.
It's worth a look underneath before you cut the flooring. The first instance for us the trailer was under warranty. I talked with the service manager and suggested he look on the underside because I could not understand how a lag bolt, or bolt threaded into the steel structure below would turn and back out. Other than the hassle of the plastic covering under the trailer, it went smoothly.
