Bob,

If you have an Owner's Manual for your trailer there is an OEM Wheel Lug Torque Chart very near the back of the manual. If you do not have a manual, here are the patterns:

4-Lug Nuts: 12 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 9 o'clock, 3 o'clock

5-Lug Nuts: 12 o'clock, 5 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 2 o'clock, 7 o'clock

6-Lug Nuts: 12 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 5 o'clock, 7 o'clock, 2 o'clock

Hope this helps.

Sorry for not expressing myself better. I was asking about the spacing between the lug holes so I could get a spare that would fit the hub. That's what I call the "bolt pattern"..
