You might be pushing the limits of the tow vehicle a bit. Would not hurt to move a few things to the trailer, right over the axles.
Are you using light truck tires with a higher ply rating (D, E, or F rated).
By the way, I have seen on another forum where it is possible to add shocks to the trailer axles. I'v heard it does improve the experience.

Either way, you don't inflate the bags after hitching the WD up. That only de-rates the spring bar load.

I would like to weigh in here with a quick question because this thread kind of applies. I just traded my Silverado 1500 for a Silverado 2500HD Duramax. Obviously the 2500 sits much higher in the rear end. When I put the Husky hitch head on my 2500, the ball is that much higher. When fully hitched, the nose of the TT is high. Should I lower the ball hitch down a notch so I don't ride nose high on the TT?

Yes. You will have better control and reduce affects of wind and just all around have a better experience if you trailer is level to slightly low in the front.
