Brand New

Just got home from buying my brand new Jayco when I hooked it to my phone it is showing that the black tank is full. Is that normal

If its brand new, hopefully nobody 'used' it. As such, perhaps there is water in it from when the dealer (hopefully) tested the tank for leaks. Try pulling the black tank valve.
