Agreed 1st step is checking at the batteries. Unplug trailer from shore power check voltage at batteries. Then plug it back into shore power if converter is working the voltage will be higher. If it is not check all connections and volts coming out of converter It is located by fuse panal you will recognize it it has a fan on it. How's your dog?
