Since you have the tank part number from the tag, I'd give Ameri Kart a call about obtaining a new duplicate at 1-800-232-0847. You'd be assured it would match exactly. I don't know if they sell directly to the public or not, but I'd ask.

I tried getting through today but they didn’t want to speak with me..said they only provide to manufacturers direct. On a good note - I was able to call the Pope on his cell phone and he took my call…it was easier…

One source for it is Amazon. There are probably others, maybe less, maybe not.

I'd try to repair it. Years ago I had a split in a grey tank about 6" long. Sanded, cleaned and bedded in window screen with a sealant like shoe goo, but I cannot remember exactly what it was, single part, clear, nasty smelling, flexible, never get off of your fingers type stuff. Never leaked again.
I have never tried any of the newer adhesives, but I'd rather spend $20 and try to fix it than replace a black tank.
Some are for plastic fuel tanks, personally I'd give one a shot.

Odd place for a crack, make sure your tank is secure and the drain pipe isn't adding stress to the area.

I would try one of these plastic welding kits with reinforcing mesh before trying glue.

I've fixed a couple of holding tanks - lightly sand with fine sandpaper then clean with rubbing alcohol - use JB weld for ABS and apply liberally. Has worked twice for me with no more leaks

What year and model camper do you have? How accessible is it to get the tank out?
Looking at my tanks with an open underbelly, I would personally try fixing before replacing. I think I would first stitch the crack, then fill/cover the crack to make it water tight.

Plastc weld that thing, and then JB weld to the crack to seal. No reason to replace that entire thing.

I use a soldering iron to tack weld the crack. Making sure to get both ends good.
Then use either JB Weld or ABS to fill cracks. I've had no issues when doing this.

I would try and repair as per suggestions on here. The biggest problem with buying a new tank is you are on your own as far as measuring for the toilet inlet and vent holes. Gonna need the right size hole saw for both. Most times, but not always, the drain fitting is already on. Careful measuring should be o.k.

I added additional supports to my black and gray drain lines. To prevent this type of an issue.

If you have a piece of black abs plastic, like maybe a piece of pipe or a left over fitting, you can cut it down into the smallest pieces you can, put it in a pint jar or empty quart paint can & mix it with acetone to a 1:1 ratio. Put a lid on it & Let sit for ~24 hrs stirring occasionally till you come up with a pancake batter like consistency. you may need to add more of one or the other to adjust the mixture. Clean the repair area well, then wipe it down with acetone & brush on the mixture. Let sit till dry, maybe overnite. You may need to apply more than one coat, but THIS WILL WORK!!!! The patch will become a chemically welded part of the tank! I repaired a abs grey tank that was otherwise destroyed by a tire blowout that had the 1 1/2" fitting ripped out, leaving a splintered 3" hole in it. It now works with no leaks.
icondirect.com sells a 1lb. bag of abs granules for this purpose for $28, but for a small amount, you can make your own. I chose convenience & bought the bag! That way I'm ready for the next time lol!

You have some stress going on there and since it’s the black tank, a repair could bite you in the butt later on while camping somewhere. If it was in a flat part on top, I would feel better about a repair. If you have access, I would replace personally. If it was the grey tank, not so critical. Just my opinion.
