Need Advice- Bubbled Floor Problem

Has anyone else had repairs done on a bubbled up floor? We just picked up our new trailer 2018-28BHS on Saturday and noticed while cleaning it that the floor was bubbled up in several places a couple that run along the entire length of the trailer. We called the dealer that said there was not much they could do other than cutting out the floor and re-laying it and installing quarter round trim. They suggested calling Jayco directly since we had just picked the trailer up. Jayco factory said they could do the same thing re-lay the floor add glue and install quarter round trim. Or they also have a new way of injecting glue into the floor and using a roller to spread it around underneath. So far neither option sounds ideal seeing how we paid for a brand new trailer and it should not look like this. Worried about future floor problems we may have once “fixed”. Also we were told they are booked out until February or March?! Almost a year out. Any advice or anyone who has had their floor repaired would be appreciated. This was our first trailer purchase and so far very dissapointing.

There was a person on here about 3 weeks ago that had the same problem and it was pretty extreme. He made quite a stink about it and Jayco sent him a new unit. I thought that was more than necessary because i would have taken either repair suggestions (which were the same as what you mention). You might try and do a search here for that post. Good luck!

We had our floor replaced soon after purchase with the quarter round option. We were more than satisfied except they left one nail or screw head sticking up (close to the) edge which is currently in for correction. But it appears to be holding up fine so far (done about 2 years ago).
