Look under the rear bottom of your trailer. See if the frame has flanges welded below it with holes. If it does it is preset for the Jayco 2" trailer hitch. If so you can order it from a Jayco dealer. Easy to self install and then any RV rated 2" bike rack will work (recommend Swagman Eclipse)...

I have a 18 JayFlight 32BHDS as well and it seems to have the flanges. I asked the dealer about a 2" hitch and their reply was 1) confusion 2) responding that any hitch added would void any warranty.

If there indeed a factory hitch attachment available, I would love to put it on myself if necessary. Where on earth could I find it outside of the dealer? Since my dealer seems to have no idea such a thing exists.

I made my dealer (Camping World, Portland OR) contact Jayco. Jayco then gave them the part information. The hitch, bolts, washers and nuts. He had it shipped directly to me. I believe the attached picture is one I got from somebody else on the label on the box it was shipped in...

As to voiding warranty I don't think so. You are adding a Jayco optional hitch. You could have ordered a trailer with it installed. As to adding some other (non Jayco) hitch, who knows.

I added a hitch mount to my trailer a few months after I bought it. They say it will void the warranty, but that's only if they can prove it did the damage to whatever gets messed up - so if the frame gets bent they would have to prove the hitch caused the damage - granted I would have to fight them.

Anyway, I didn't care, I took the chance and have never had any issues - probably have 25k miles with it on there now. When I was under warranty, the dealership never said a thing about the hitch either.

I had a hitch shop weld on a hitch for me....
