My dealer welded a piece of 4 inch angle iron that goes along the front and bottom of the bumper and runs the entire length between the frame members. It is also welded to the frame and reinforces the bumper nicely . I have a bolt on receiver with a swagman rack and haven't had any issues. I would not have added the rack without the extra reinforcement.

Thanks all for the input, going to cut 1/2 inch plywood to fit snug from the front of the TV bed to the wheel wells and across the bed, then attach the two fork mounts and some eye hooks while I'm at it for bungee cords. That will hold me until I get around to going to local utility trailer company to weld something to the frame. I'm staying away from a bumper mount for sure. Probably wouldn't of ever gotten the idea without all the help. I'll let you know how or if it works!
