Bunk Bed Reinforcement

I am a new Jayco Bunk House travel trailer owner. It is a 1995 304BH Eagle. The rear top bunk has a weigh limit of 150 lbs. Is it possible to reinforce it to allow a heavier person to sleep on the top bunk? I guess it was designed mostly for smaller kids but if an adult can sleep on it, it would make it a lot more useful.

Any recommendations?

Thats crazy that it is only 150lbs. I just purchased a 2016 with full bunks and they are rated at 600lbs each. Watch where you screw and drill, but i dont see any reason why you could not add some 2x4s up and down as well as left to right to add some extra support.
