Burned up tongue jack

I have an Atlanta DTH 1RVJ-JRE2500 and managed to burn it up. Anyone familiar with these? I would like to replace the motor.

Take it to an elec motor rebuild shop, but the motor will probably cost you as much as a new jack.

I found this http://www.buzzfile.com/business/Sat...d-770-451-9777 But it looks like they are out of the RV thing. I agree on just getting a new one. Three bolts and a wire, and you're done. We bought a Bully Dog and love it.

Sounds like time to replace. I would look on Amazon at the Barker jacks, Made in USA.

I just replaced the still functioning FIC 3500-2 tongue that came OEM on my 23RB back in June of 2017. It was noisy enough wake up folks two blocks away. Also, the sound varied alot, and I was afraid it was going to fail ant any moment, and I didn't want it to fail while 2,000 miles from late next spring.

I bought the Barker Deluxe High Power 3500 jack. It, like the Husky Brute hitch, has a recirculating ball bearing drive. It is much less noisy, and I feel it's going to last a long time. I've had good luck with Barkers before.
